I just moved to Boca and Sea Coast Window & Door did the installation of all my impact doors and windows.

The installation seemed endless, but the workmanship is very good; the painting took extra time (my fault) and interfered with the job, but the doors look great. I was recommended to contact Dennis Smith by a client whom I was negotiating with on the construction of his new home on the Las Olas Isles. I had recently had the experience of using a "big name" window and door supplier for a very difficult custom home project. The experience with Mr. Established was nothing short of a disaster. Too much miscommunication and poor follow through on installation details made me very suspicious of buying from a "window broker".
When I met Dennis I was very comfortable with his calm approach and suggestions on how to save money. His bid was very competitive and I signed the simple proposal form he provided. He gave us all rough openings and commented on header heights and made suggestions on how to make the job look better. He met with the architects on my behalf and looked after all the details that Mr. Established ignored. His installers were competent, courteous, and fast. We had a perfect installation with no openings requiring cutting or padding to make the window and door installation work.
Subsequently, I have given Dennis another project and intend to give him more work. He is nothing short of a pleasure to deal with and I would recommend him without hesitation.

When it was time for us to replace our old dilapidated hurricane shutters with state-of-the-art impact resistant windows, I called Dennis Smith at Seacoast. They were cost effective, the work was done on a timely fashion, their workmen were efficient and polite, and properly supervised, and they used top quality materials. Being responsible for a 164 bed homeless facility that "never sleeps", I didn't have time to "baby sit" contractors or their subs. Seacoast did a fast professional job with the minimum interruptions for me, the staff, and the clients of the Salvation Army.

Approximately one year ago 17 sets of aluminum French doors, Transoms, and windows were manufactured and installed at my residence by Seacoast Window and Door Company under the direction of its president, Mr. Dennis Smith.
Although, happily, the product has not yet been tested by a hurricane. I am as confident as I can be after 30 years of water front living, that this product will withhold the forces of a storm.
I am very pleased with the aesthetics of the product as well. I found Dennis Smith easy to work with and can tell you that he had an excellent crew of workmen. The job was done neatly with minimal disruption enabling us to live in the house during the time of installation. Perhaps most importantly, the job was completed on time.
